06Electrical & foundation

Sauna electrical: Dedicated 240V / 50A circuit for the IKI 9 kW heater.
Optional cold plunge electrical: 120V / 15A. Connections are reviewed as part of the suite installation.
Site preparation: Your local contractor prepares the foundation, electrical service and any plumbing. Final requirements are confirmed in your approved plans.

Sauna + changing room with your choice of orientation. Add a matte black integrated cold plunge with raised platform for $7,900.
IKI + Wi-Fi, standard finishes, two-tier cedar benches, three-board backrest and warm LED lighting.
Knotty cedar sauna, changing room and porch floors. The integrated plunge option adds Trex throughout the plunge room, platform and porch.
Changing room layout from $61,500. With the integrated cold plunge: $69,400 before other options.
Delivery, placement, site work, utilities, tax and selected upgrades are additional.

08Layouts & upgrades

The changing room is included. The integrated cold plunge is an optional $7,900 upgrade.
Slate tile, a black wood-frame sauna door, Sonos audio, a porch shower and a red light panel are available.
Confirmed upgrade prices appear in the designer. Options that need a quote are clearly marked.

Plan for arrival.

We review your site, access and placement before quoting delivery. Your local team prepares the foundation, a dedicated 240V / 50A circuit and any plumbing. Final dimensions, delivery timing and installation responsibilities are confirmed with your project quote and approved plans.

What can I customize?

Choose your room layout, orientation, exterior and interior in the designer. Upgrade prices appear with your selections, and options that need a quote are clearly marked. Explore the materials ↗

How long does the build take?

Allow 8–10 weeks for the build after design approval and the production deposit. Delivery timing and final site requirements are confirmed with your order.

How do delivery and installation work?

We review your location, access and placement before quoting delivery. Your local contractor prepares the foundation, electrical service and any plumbing. We confirm responsibilities in your project quote. See the build process ↗

What happens after I design it?

Download your design PDF or book a design call from the designer. We review your selections and site, confirm delivery and prepare your project quote.

How do reservation and payment work?

A $450 reservation is credited toward your sauna. The purchase schedule includes an 80% production deposit and the remaining unit balance, plus delivery and installation. Your quote confirms due dates and reservation terms before you order. If you finance, we’ll also review lender funding timing.

What about warranty and support?

Request the written warranty for your selected structure, heater and other equipment with your quote. Review the coverage, exclusions and manufacturer terms before you order. For help with your setup, contact New Primitive with your order details.
