Real installs. Real days.
Common questions.
How long to heat the sauna?
The IKI 9 kW heater reaches ~180°F in 35–45 minutes from cold start. With Wi-Fi remote start, you can have the cabin ready by the time you finish dinner.
What electrical do I need on site?
A dedicated 240V · 60A sub-panel with RCD protection. Your local electrician will pull a permit and run a feeder from your main panel to the suite location. We provide the electrical drawings; your GC executes.
What kind of foundation does it need?
A level pad, concrete, stone, or compacted gravel with helical piers. ~136 sq ft footprint. Foundation requirements vary by region; we provide the spec and your GC coordinates.
Will it work in my climate?
Yes. We deliver across the lower 48. The charred Accoya envelope is weather-resistant in everything from desert sun to snow load. Cold zones may add a winter cover for the plunge inlet; we’ll spec it.
Can I move it if I move?
Yes. The suite is factory-built and crane-set, it can be lifted, transported, and re-set on a new pad. Leaving no trace. We’ve done it.
What happens after I reserve?
Within 2 business days, Cole or Shane will reach out personally, no automation, to schedule a planning call. Site review, design selections, build slot scheduling. The $450 is fully refundable for 14 days and applies to your production deposit if you proceed.
