Mesa · Thermal Suite Designer in the wild

Built for the desert. The mountain. The yard.

The Thermal Suite Designer isn’t a fixed-site product, it’s a kit. Charred Accoya holds up to desert sun. The same envelope lives through Park City snow. The same ritual, anywhere your home is.

Site prep, then one day.

Your side is simple: a level pad, a dedicated 240V circuit, and clear crane access. We confirm all three during design. Then it is pad, crane, set, and the suite is running the same day it arrives.

Paths to ownership

Cash, equity, or monthly.

There is no single right way to bring a sauna home. Some clients purchase outright, some fold it into a larger home project, and some prefer a monthly payment. We will help you find the path that fits.

Direct purchase

The simplest path. Purchase directly, lock in your build slot, and move straight into design. You own a hand-built structure engineered to last for decades.

Ideal for clients who are ready now and want their space in use as soon as possible.

Best for:

  • Cash purchases
  • Second homes and investment properties
  • Clients who want the simplest experience

Home equity

A sauna is a home improvement, and many clients fund it that way. We can connect you with professionals who specialize in home equity lending, so you can weigh a HELOC or similar option alongside your own financial advisor.

A concierge introduction, not a sales pitch. You decide with the people you trust.

Best for:

  • Backyard transformations
  • Larger outdoor and landscape projects
  • Clients leveraging existing home equity

Financing

Prefer a monthly payment? We work with financing partners experienced in luxury home and wellness projects and can introduce you during your consultation.

Available options vary with project scope and credit qualifications. We will walk you through what applies to your build.

Best for:

  • Monthly payment options
  • Residential projects
  • Clients who want purchasing flexibility

Not sure which path fits? Every project is different. Talk it through with founder Cole and leave with a clear plan.

Common questions.

How long to heat the sauna?

The IKI 9 kW heater reaches ~180°F in 35–45 minutes from cold start. With Wi-Fi remote start, you can have the cabin ready by the time you finish dinner.

What electrical do I need on site?

A dedicated 240V · 60A sub-panel with RCD protection. Your local electrician will pull a permit and run a feeder from your main panel to the suite location. We provide the electrical drawings; your GC executes.

What kind of foundation does it need?

A level pad, concrete, stone, or compacted gravel with helical piers. ~136 sq ft footprint. Foundation requirements vary by region; we provide the spec and your GC coordinates.

Will it work in my climate?

Yes. We deliver across the lower 48. The charred Accoya envelope is weather-resistant in everything from desert sun to snow load. Cold zones may add a winter cover for the plunge inlet; we’ll spec it.

Can I move it if I move?

Yes. The suite is factory-built and crane-set, it can be lifted, transported, and re-set on a new pad. Leaving no trace. We’ve done it.

What happens after I reserve?

Within 2 business days, Cole or Shane will reach out personally, no automation, to schedule a planning call. Site review, design selections, build slot scheduling. The $450 is fully refundable for 14 days and applies to your production deposit if you proceed.

Reserve your build slot.

$450 today. A real conversation within 2 business days. Production starts after design approval, not before.
