User license agreement

What this covers

This agreement covers the content on newprimitive.co and the tools that come with it: the online designers and configurators, estimates, drawings, plans, brochures and other files you can view or download. It sits alongside our terms of service. By using these tools you agree to it.

Your license

New Primitive, a J Fisher Company, gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site and its tools to plan a New Primitive space for your own home or business, and to share what you design with your family, partners, builders, designers and the people approving your project.

We may change or withdraw the license, or any tool, at any time.

What you may not do

• build, manufacture or sell a sauna, cold plunge or structure from our designs, drawings or plans, or give them to someone else to do so;
• copy, republish, resell or license our content, photos, video or designs, or use them in your own marketing;
• copy, decompile or reverse engineer the design tools, or work around any limits built into them;
• use automated tools to scrape the site, the tools or their prices;
• remove copyright or other notices from anything you download.

Who owns what

New Primitive and its licensors own the site, the tools, our product designs and everything they produce, including the configurations and drawings you create with them. This license gives you permission to use them, not ownership of them.

What you send us

If you send us photos, plans, site details or feedback, you keep ownership of them. You give us permission to use them to prepare your quote and design and to improve our products. We will not publish photos of your home or your project without your permission.

No warranty

The tools and downloads are provided as is. Drawings and estimates are for planning only and are not construction documents. Check every dimension, permit and site requirement with us and with your local authorities before you build or order anything.

Ending the license

This license ends automatically if you break it. When it ends, you must stop using the tools and delete any plans or drawings you downloaded.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, the same as our terms of service.

Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and the current version always lives at this address.
