Agreement to these terms

These terms apply to newprimitive.co and the tools on it, run by New Primitive, a J Fisher Company, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

You may use the site to learn about our saunas and cold plunges, design a space, and get in touch with us. You agree not to:

• break the law or anyone else’s rights while using it;
• send false information in a form, or submit an enquiry on someone else’s behalf without their permission;
• try to get into parts of the site or its systems you are not meant to reach, or interfere with how it runs;
• copy, scrape or harvest the site’s content, prices or designs by automated means.

Estimates, prices and quotes

Prices, estimates and configurations shown on the site are for planning only. They are not an offer to sell, and they do not reserve a build slot. Site conditions, delivery, permits, electrical work and the options you choose can change the final price.

A purchase only happens under a written quote or agreement that we both accept. That document sets the price, deposit, schedule, warranty and other terms of the sale, and it takes priority over anything on this site.

Product information and photos

We try to keep product details, dimensions and photos accurate. Every space is built to order, so wood grain, colour and finish will vary, and we may change specifications as we improve our products. Photos may show options or site work that are not included in the base price.

Health and safety

Sauna and cold exposure are not right for everyone. Content on this site is general information, not medical advice. Talk with your doctor before starting heat or cold therapy, especially if you are pregnant or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, or another medical condition, and always follow the safety instructions that come with your product.

Our content

The text, photos, video, designs, drawings and software on this site belong to New Primitive or the people who licensed them to us. How you may use them is set out in our user license agreement.

Links to other sites

The site links to and embeds other services, such as YouTube, Instagram and our booking calendar. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. Their own terms and policies apply.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect when you use the site and how we use it.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error free or suited to a particular purpose. This does not limit any warranty that comes with a product you buy from us.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, New Primitive is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the current version always lives at this address. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
