Is the first year really included?
Yes. Every New Primitive sauna price includes $600 for your first year of Sauna Care, and your order shows it as its own line so you can see exactly what it covers.
Which saunas include the membership?
All of them: the NOOK, the 212 Essential, the 212 Designer, the Thermal Suite Essential and the Thermal Suite Designer.
What does it cost after the first year?
From year two, the membership is $49.99 a month. Ask us about continuing before your first year ends.
What happens on a Rejuvenate visit?
We vacuum your sauna and clean it with a sauna-specific cleaning solution, replace the cold plunge filter, and drain the cold plunge and refill it with fresh water. Every six months (every other visit) we also sand the sauna.
What is in the wellness box?
Essential oils, electrolytes and other wellness products to support your routine, delivered every quarter.
