When the plunge lives outside the cabin. A stand-alone Partnered with Cold Life Vertical, set on the deck a few steps from the sauna, so the contrast loop is a short walk and not a whole build. Red light, built into the cabin.
A full-body therapy panel, mounted in the sauna and wired into the room. Seven wavelengths from red through near-infrared, each one dialed independently from 1 to 100 percent on the touch controller. The recovery layer that runs quietly while you sit. It is the only panel we build in, and the only one we'll spec.

How it works
Two wavelengths. One engine.
Red light and near-infrared reach the body at different depths, and both push the same engine: the mitochondria. They make more ATP, the cell's energy currency. More energy, faster repair. The two we lean on, 660nm and 850nm, are the most studied of the set.
Red · 660nm
Absorbed in the first couple of centimeters of tissue, where it reaches the skin and surface. It drives collagen, circulation, and the look and tone of the skin over time.
Near-infrared · 850nm
Penetrates deeper, into muscle and joint. NASA-backed research puts its reach at several centimeters. This is the wavelength doing the work on recovery, soreness, and stiffness.
Recovery
Mitochondria in muscle are especially responsive. Used after load, it speeds the repair between sessions, the work behind the work.
Circulation
Clinically shown to widen vessels and improve blood flow, and to protect red blood cells against oxidative stress.
Inflammation
Near-infrared lowers the inflammatory markers tied to sore muscles, joints, and the overuse that comes with output.
Skin
Red wavelengths target the mitochondria in skin cells and build collagen, for firmness and texture rather than a surface fix.
Pain & stiffness
Eases joint stiffness and muscle spasm by improving flow and calming the nerve signaling that carries pain.
Cellular health
More ATP means cells run harder, clear waste faster, and hold their function longer. Recovery at the level it actually happens.

A shower, indoor or out.
A plumbed rinse station for the few seconds between rounds. Mounted to the cabin or set on the deck, hot and cold, in a matte black finish that disappears against the envelope. So the loop never breaks for a walk back to the house.
