Pricing depends on the model and selected layout. Every model page lists base prices and finish options. Review the unit, options, delivery and site work together in your project quote.
Which model is right for me?
It comes down to space, group size, and whether you want cold plunge in the same envelope. The quiz narrows it in about three minutes.
Do you deliver outside Utah?
Yes. We build in Utah and deliver nationwide. Owner stories shows installs across the country.
What do I need to prepare on site?
Your local contractor prepares the foundation, electrical service and any plumbing. We review location, access and placement before quoting delivery. Confirm final requirements in your approved plans and project quote. See the process →

Check local requirements with your contractor or municipality. Foundation, utility connections and any project-specific engineering depend on your model and site. Confirm the required drawings before ordering.
Can I use it through the winter?
Discuss your site's climate and snow-load requirements during planning. Confirm that your selected model and approved plans address the conditions at your property.
