Questions we hear most.

Horizontal vs. vertical plunge, what’s the difference?

Horizontal is full-immersion, lying back, better for total-body cold exposure and shoulder relief. Vertical is upright, smaller footprint, and shorter dunks. The Thermal Suite uses horizontal; the Thermal Suite Designer uses vertical. Both run 38–55°F.

What electrical do I need on site?

240V · 50A dedicated sub-panel with RCD protection. Your local electrician pulls the permit and runs the feeder. We provide the drawings; your GC executes.

Foundation requirements?

Level pad, concrete, stone, or compacted gravel with helical piers. ~134 sq ft. Foundation requirements vary by region; we spec, your GC coordinates.

Will it work in my climate?

Yes, lower 48. Charred Accoya is weather-resistant from desert sun to snow load. Cold zones may add a winter cover for the plunge inlet.

Heat-up time?

~35–45 minutes from cold start to ~180°F. UKU Wi-Fi remote start gets it ready while you finish dinner.

After I reserve?

Within 2 business days, Cole or Shane reaches out personally, no automation, to schedule a planning call. The $450 is refundable for 14 days and applies to your production deposit.
