Step 02°
Build Order
Design your build with us: model, dimensions, timber, glazing and heater, and place your reservation. We walk you through every decision on a discovery call.
Step 03°
Site Survey & Take-off
We survey your site and produce the order take-off, the precise document that drives fabrication and guarantees a clean fit when we arrive.
Step 04°
Hand-Crafted Setup
Your sauna is crafted by hand in our workshop. Site preparation runs in parallel, so your foundation is ready the day we deliver.

Step 05°
Delivery
We deliver and install on-site, turn-key or assisted if your team is handling install. Fire up the heater. Your New Primitive sauna is ready to enjoy that day.
Payment schedule
Three milestones. Nothing hidden.
You always know what is due and when. Payments track the build: a small deposit to reserve, the balance of the product as it is made, and the remainder with delivery and install.

Paths to ownership
Cash, equity, or monthly.
There is no single right way to bring a sauna home. Some clients purchase outright, some fold it into a larger home project, and some prefer a monthly payment. We will help you find the path that fits.
Direct purchase
The simplest path. Purchase directly, lock in your build slot, and move straight into design. You own a hand-built structure engineered to last for decades.
Ideal for clients who are ready now and want their space in use as soon as possible.

Home equity
A sauna is a home improvement, and many clients fund it that way. We can connect you with professionals who specialize in home equity lending, so you can weigh a HELOC or similar option alongside your own financial advisor.

How long does a build take?
It depends on the model and the season. We give you a real date at the build-order stage rather than a guess up front.
Do I need a permit?
It varies by municipality. Our plans are engineered and stamped, which is what most permit offices ask for. See the FAQs.
What do I need to prepare on site?
A level pad and power. We survey the site before the build so there are no surprises on delivery day.
Do you install it, or do I?
Either. We deliver and set turn-key, or hand off to your team if you would rather. Ask us which fits your site.
What happens after I reserve?
Cole or Shane follow up within two business days to confirm the design, the finishes, and the schedule.
