Your side is simple: a level pad, a dedicated 240V circuit, and clear crane access. We confirm all three during design. Then it is pad, crane, set, and the build is running the same day it arrives.

212 vs. 212 Designer?

Same heater, same capacity, same envelope material. 212 Designer adds full-height glazing and architectural detailing. 212 is the same standard at a lower price.

What heater does it use?

The IKI 9 kW Pillar, a floor-standing stone column that delivers slow, deep, even heat. Paired with a UKU Wi-Fi controller, so the cabin is ready by the time you walk out the back door.

Adding cold plunge?

+$7,900 as an add-on. Standalone Partnered with Cold Life Vertical, placed adjacent. Own 120V circuit. No envelope penetration.

Foundation?

Level pad, concrete, stone, or compacted gravel with helical piers. ~85 sq ft.

Climate?

All-season, lower 48.
