It was born out of necessity—a lifeline to save myself.

 

I needed a space where I could sit with my emotions without judgment.

Where I could breathe through the uncomfortable and be still in the storm of chaos.

The first sauna I built was a sanctuary for myself.

Now, New Primitive exists to offer that same sanctuary to others.
