FAQ
Questions we hear most.
Designer vs. standard 212, what’s different?
The Designer is the architectural variant, flush detailing, full-height glazing, premium envelope. Standard 212 is the same heater and capacity in a more straightforward envelope at lower price.
How do I add cold plunge?
Select the Cold Plunge add-on in the configurator (+$7,900). It’s a standalone Partnered with Cold Life Vertical placed adjacent to the sauna on its own 120V circuit, no envelope penetration.
Electrical?
240V · 50A for the sauna heater. If you add the cold plunge, a separate 120V · 15A circuit for the chiller.
Foundation?
Level pad, concrete, stone, or compacted gravel with helical piers. ~101 sq ft.
Climate?
All-season in the lower 48. The charred Accoya envelope and IKI Pillar heater handle desert sun and snow load.
