FAQ
Common questions.
What model is the Heber City sauna?
This project is a 212 Designer. Full specifications and finish options are on the 212 Designer page.
How does a delivery day like this work?
The sauna arrives finished on a trailer, a crane lifts it over the home, and the crew sets it on a prepared pad. The process page walks through each step from design to set.
Can I build the same thing?
Yes. Every New Primitive space is built to order, so this configuration can be quoted as it stands or adapted to your yard. Request a quote to start.
What does a build like this cost?
It depends on model, finishes, and add-ons. The New Primitive build page lists the base price and shows each upgrade, and the quote builder totals your configuration as you choose it.
Do you deliver outside Utah?
Yes. New Primitive builds in Utah and delivers nationwide. See the FAQs for delivery, permits, and warranty detail.
