We build your sauna off-site and deliver it to your property. Your local general contractor handles site preparation, permitting if required, and any utility connections prior to installation.
Turnkey Package
New Primitive oversees feasibility, site planning, permitting, structural engineering, foundation design, inspections, and delivery. We coordinate local GC partners to perform site work and installation, ensuring a smooth, well-managed build.
